This six-week digital program helps men to improve body image related to size. It offers structured support through short videos and practical activities, drawing from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work.

Take control of your social media experience with a free 14-day course designed to help you improve your body image. Through daily short videos and exercises, you’ll learn to curate a healthier, more positive feed and develop habits that boost self-worth and reduce comparison.
Body Confidence
A 6-week 1-on-1 coaching program for people looking to transform how they see their bodies. Through personalized guidance, mindfulness tools, and body neutrality practices, I’ll help you build sustainable confidence.
