What the Program Includes
The Package Acceptance Program is taught in three parts. Tap each section to learn more.
-
The Starter Package is the free introduction to the program.
Learn how assumptions and comparisons shape how you think about your size.
Try a few simple exercises to understand your beliefs more clearly.
Take the first step toward changing the comparisons that shape them.
Together, these videos and tools give you a first look at the program’s approach so you can decide if you want to continue.
-
Part 1 picks up where the Starter Package leaves off. It teaches you how to respond differently to the beliefs and comparisons that shape the way you see your body.
You learn concrete ways to change your thought patterns and experience your body differently.
After you learn the tools, you start trying them in your daily life at your own pace. These tools take time to take effect, so take as long as you need between Part 1 and Part 2 of the program.
-
Part 2 focuses on the real-world side of this work.
Once you feel ready, you learn new tools for dating and intimacy, strategies for handling rejection, and ways to choose people and spaces that support you.
This phase also helps you build habits that keep your progress stable in the long term.
