THINGS FOLKS WANT TO KNOW

  • Penis-related issues don’t stem from a single problem. So, the program addresses three distinct psychological barriers:

    1. Cognitive distortions about penis size. Most men operating from the belief that bigger is better have never examined where that belief came from or whether it holds up. The program uses myth deconstruction to dismantle the cultural narratives driving that assumption.

    2. Automatic negative thoughts about your size. The program applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques specifically targeting the self-critical internal dialogue about your penis size. CBT is one of the most extensively researched psychological interventions in existence, with a strong evidence base for exactly this kind of intrusive thought pattern.

    3. Dissociation during sex. The program addresses this using Somatic Therapy techniques to rebuild your relationship with your body, alongside Mindfulness-Based interventions with a specific evidence base for improving sexual presence.

    Each of the three modules targets one barrier. They are designed to be completed in sequence over three weeks.

  • The program was built for queer men experiencing penis-related issues. That is an intentionally broad category.

    It includes men who turn down sexual encounters out of anticipatory anxiety, men who are present in bed but mentally absent, men who avoid queer social spaces, and men who have withdrawn from dating and relationships.

    You do not need to identify with every pattern. If you recognize yourself in any of them, the course was built with you in mind.

  • No. The program does not address physical size and does not include any physical interventions.

    It is designed exclusively to change how you think: about your body, during sex, and about what other men actually want.

    Participants who have seen results did so without any change to their anatomy.

  • No prior experience is required or assumed.

    The interventions are presented in plain language and are designed to be completed independently.

    CBT and somatic techniques are applied here as structured exercises, not as clinical treatment. The mindfulness components do not require meditation experience.
