Week 1 Check In

You’ve already done the hard part.

This first week was packed. You showed up, took in a lot of new ideas, and hopefully gave yourself some space to question beliefs that have been running quietly in the background for years.

This check-in isn’t about getting it all right.
It’s about pausing, noticing what’s shifting, and making small adjustments for the week ahead.

How to Use This Page

Below are a few simple reflection prompts. You don’t need to answer everything perfectly or in depth. Just take a few minutes to think through each section. Jot down your responses wherever you’ve been keeping notes for this course (journal, document, notes app, voice memo… whatever works).

This is your time, for your benefit.

Part 1: What’s Shifting?

  • What stood out most to you this week?

  • Did anything surprise you or challenge a belief you’d been carrying?

  • Is there a moment from this week—during a video, or outside of the course—where you felt even slightly different about your body?

Part 2: What’s Still Sticky?

  • Are there any beliefs or thoughts that feel especially hard to shake?

  • Did any parts of this week’s lessons bring up discomfort, frustration, or doubt?

  • Were there moments where you caught yourself falling back into comparison or shame?

(If yes: that’s normal. You’re building awareness, not aiming for perfection.)

Part 3: How Are the Tools Working?

This week, you were invited to try a few new practices:

  • Tracking your negative thoughts

  • Setting personal goals

  • Scheduling time for reflection

Think about how those went:

  • Which ones felt useful?

  • Which ones didn’t click—or didn’t happen?

  • Is there anything you want to adjust for next week?

Part 4: Looking Ahead

  • What’s one thing you want to carry with you into Week 2?

  • Is there a goal or intention you’d like to tweak based on what you’ve learned so far?

  • How will you support yourself as the program continues?
