Week 4 Check In

You’ve just wrapped up a big shift in the program. This week, the focus moved outward, from your relationship with yourself, to how you connect with others. That includes intimacy, dating, desire, and the very real experience of rejection.

Take a few minutes to check in with where you are. These questions are here to help you track what’s shifting, what’s clicking, and what needs more attention. You’re not aiming for perfect. You’re building self-awareness. That’s what makes lasting change.

Quick Progress Check

Let’s keep tabs on how your core tools are evolving.

  • How’s D.I.C. going? When did it come in handy most recently? Do you need to try some new Reframe or Step Away options?

  • Have the somatic practices from Week 3 (gentle touch, sensory shower) become easier or more natural?

  • Have you noticed any lasting shifts in how you relate to your body compared to Week 1?

Rejection Response

This week focused heavily on rejection: how to plan for it, respond to it, and not let it define you.

  • Did you write a rejection response plan? If so, did you get a chance to use it?

  • Which level of rejection (light, medium, heavy) showed up for you this week?

  • How did your response feel in the moment? Was there anything you’d like to adjust in your plan?

  • Did any reframing or step away strategies help?

Exploring What You Want

This was also the week we started looking at what you do want in your intimate and relational life.

  • Did you complete the reflection activity about what you believed you had to bring to sex or intimacy?

  • What came up when you thought about what makes a good partner or a good experience?

  • Did you try the “Try Something, Notice Something” activity? If so, how did it go?

  • What kind of relationship, sexual dynamic, or connection are you curious to explore next?

Spot the Shift

These questions help you look at change even if it’s subtle.

  • Have your thoughts or feelings about dating, sex, or desirability shifted since Week 1?

  • When rejection showed up this week, if it did, did your response feel different than it used to?

  • Did anything feel easier, more possible, or more within reach?

Let’s Make Next Week Work for You

Next week’s theme is all about creating a life that supports your confidence—relationships, habits, media, and more.

  • What do you want to carry forward into next week?

  • What’s something you’d like to adjust or experiment with?

  • How can you support yourself in keeping this work going?

Final Thought

You’re building a version of confidence that’s real. That takes time, repetition, and care. You’re doing the hard part: showing up and trying.

Keep going. You’re doing great.
