Week 5 Check In
This week gave you a lot: tools for pursuing intimacy, ideas for expanding your comparison group, and a reality check on what it takes to change your environment and connection patterns.
But this check-in isn’t about what you completed. It’s about how things are going. What’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to shift to keep the work sustainable.
Take a few minutes to reflect honestly. There’s no grade. Just information you can use.
Check In on Fit and Friction
What parts of the program are feeling useful or energizing right now?
What parts feel like too much, too fast?
Is there anything you keep putting off? Is it something to return to later — or something to let go of for now?
Adjusting for Capacity
How’s your energy lately — physical, emotional, social?
Is the pace of the course still manageable, or do you need to slow down?
What would it look like to continue the program at a more sustainable pace?
Progress You Might Be Missing
Even small shifts matter. Look for them.
Are you spending less time stuck in negative body thoughts?
Have your comparison points started to shift, even a little?
Have you said yes or no to something based on what you want, instead of what you think you’re supposed to want?
Dating, Desire & Exposure
This week invited you to start thinking differently about how you connect with others, romantically, sexually, and socially. For many people, that’s a big shift. You weren’t expected to overhaul everything in seven days. This is just a check-in on where you are in the process.
Are you starting to get a clearer picture of what kind of connection you want to pursue?
Do you feel ready to start making changes to how you date, flirt, or show up on the apps? If not, what would help you get there?
Did you identify any online or real-world spaces you might want to explore even if you’re not ready to go yet?
Is there any part of this week’s content you want to put on pause, revisit later, or approach in a lower-pressure way?
Building for the Long-Term
You don’t need to do everything right now. You just need to keep building something that can last.
What’s one thing you’re going to adjust, skip, or slow down on?
What does support look like for you next week from yourself or from others?
Final Thought
This course is a resource to build from. If you’re tired, scale back. If you’re stuck, pivot. If something’s helping, keep going.
This is your plan now. Make it work for you.
